Graze Coffee - Reservar mesa

Went for brunch. Ordered 2 ice coffees, breakfast burrito, breakfast burger minus hollandaise sauce replace with bbq or tomato and a deluxe dog plate. Lady came and said have no ice cream or cream so no ice coffee so i ordered 2 med capp instead. They said food will be over 30min cause no chef he is on lunch. Coffee came out cold. Burger had hollandaise sauce on it. No hash brown. They added avo which i didnt order. Burrito came out, they added chips cause no hash brown but said nothing and burrito was full of liquid dripping everywhere. Had to ask for some napkins. Saturday brunch... the place was empty only us and 2 other tables. Limited menu, no smoothies, average service -the girl at the counter couldn't add up the price of my order, I did it for her. I ordered the Breakfast Bruschetta. The toast was soggy, the mushrooms were slimy, the poached egg was over cooked, it was drowned in balsamic. My dog helped me finish it as it was borderline in edible. Would not recommend! Service: Dine in

Have enjoyed visiting this cafe in the past but unfortunately things have changed and we will be finding another cafe to frequent. Junior staff left to deal with me when I returned my cold coffee that I waited 20minutes for eventho it wasn’t busy and the senior staff member whom I’m guessing was the manager, didn’t even look at me. I took the time to assure the junior that it wasn’t her fault and thanked her. Service: Dine in

Beautiful breakfast today with my little girl that requested we go to graze for a milkshake pancakes play and wouldn't have it any other way. Me and my partner were up on holidays. Stopped in for somthing for brekky and a coffee. The service was fabulous, all the staff were very friendly. The coffee was one of the best we have had in a long time (and we drink alot of coffee) the food was amazing and the dining room was beautiful. There must be a change of management. Was always great, quick service. Last few visits waited ages for a coffee. Place wasn't busy either? Really disappointing.
