Graziano's Brick Oven Pizza

I would give five stars, but four is obviously the tip when the restaurant is not 100% vegetarian. graziano is local to me, so I was there several times to eat and carry. there is a vegan pizza (with vegan cheese and they can probably get for any veg pizza with the vegan cheese. I like the vegan options with grilled wobble (a lot, so have no other tried. also pasta marinara with veg, and aubergine parmesan. they are demanding enough to check whether they want to grill the aubergines (what, with vegan cheese it would be totally vegan or baked (what is ice, so it is not totally vegan. I applaud more regular restaurants that are available for us vegan hugs.

there are several clearly marked vegan options on the menu, some of which were also WFPB compliant. I chose a grilled aubergine served over whole weizen spaghetti sauce and vegan cheese. it was tasty and generous with an accompanying salad. the salat was large and included fresh tomato and gurken with a vegan dressing option. my daughter, who is not vegan, got a pizza she liked. there was a vegan pizza option. service was relaxed, but attentive. the bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of parking. a good experience so I would go back.

more vegan options than they would expect for an Italian restaurant. the vegan mirabella pizza used Daiya cheese and is loaded with delicious vegetables. I want to eat it seriously every week. the Miraabella sandwich is also good, and they have a vegan auberginen parm.

very vegan friendly. I worked there a few years ago so not sure what changed, but pizza and pasta could be made vegan. also salad options. the Foccocia bread was also vegan, but check if it is still

Really good vegan margherita pizza! Brick oven delicious crust!
