Great American Cookies

Absolutely awful experience. I went to one of these stores one day and got a few cookies. They were great. So my wife ordered a cookie cake from them for my birthday. Not only did they change the location of the pickup after the order was placed, but it took us to the mall to pick it up. I walk all the way into the mall to find out they don't have it. The guy knew what the order was, but said they don't have it there and it was at another store. He gave me bad directions to the other store and I couldn't find it. I called, and they wouldn't let me cancel the order until it gets approved by the district manager. So hopefully the manager sees this and realized they completely need to redo thei...

Broken apart. Icing was just scribbled on the cookie and the icing tasted like toothpaste. I will never, ever eat here again.

Melted ice cream was gross. All the ice cream in the case was super soft and was soup by the time I sat down to eat it.

I love this Marble Slab. Great customer service. They will even make cookies and cream ice cream for you if you ask.
