Greektown Grill & Takeout

The employees are very rude and disrespectful. I called in an order and the employee was very rude and short. I went into pick up my order and I was treated as a number not a customer. The employees that work there believe they are entitled and we owe them something. The food is mediocre. It’s nothing special, Jimmy the Greek in the mall gives you better quality for cheaper price. If the customer service improves then this place would be a 5/5.

We used GreekTown at work for our AGM. Amazing food, excellent service our Board would like to order again from them. I worry about dinner delivery for meetings will the meals get there on time, will people enjoy the food, will the restaurant follow my instructions (individually packaged dinners with names, utensils etc. and this was done to perfection. Highly recommended.

Family atmosphere. Good food made fresh fresh fresh. I know it doesn 't really deserve 5 stars compared to the best Greek restaurant from Toronto or Montreal, but it 's Kingston 5* LOL. We keep coming back for the Moussaka. Chicken souvlaki is also my go-to, it 's moist and juicy Take-out option. Way above local competition!!!

Absolutely fantastic We ordered for my dad birthday and more than enough food. The Zorba appetizer playe was delicious. Tzatziki was phenomenal. Pork souvlaki amazing. I'm from Toronto and this place rivals any restaurant in Greektown!

What a pleasant surprise! We weren't expecting such a nice dine-in experience. Beautifully decorated and the food was delicious with great service. We will definitely be back
