my server was excellent! it is so rare and wonderful when the employees express the values for which a company stands. eating was good, definitiw the freshest food I had in a restaurant that was not raw. to be clear, I like lava cake in general, but when I saw that the one selling here was a red lava cake, I had to try to see it just as it could taste. it caused a food gas of epic proportions! this cake is worth waiting. it takes to prepare a because, so if they think to try it, they let their server know how. Stopped by while passing through the area. Overall the meal was overpriced and underwhelming. The jackfruit sandwich was tender and had a decent flavor, but it still felt lacking for the price, especially given the dry sandwich bun. The sweet potato fries were flavorless and unseasoned. They didn't pair well with the ketchup, which tasted like tomato sauce from a can. Pictured is the tofu side which was undercooked; the starch coating was still mushy. Two stars because the restaurant is solely plant-based and the actual jackfruit was flavorful.

Overall a great experience. Service was friendly and informative, since I’m new to a PBD diet, but it took a while to get my food. Probably a result of everything being from scratch, so that made it just fine. I had to add salt here and there, also fine, since my body is still craving salty things. Decor wise, place felt a little coffee shop-y and could have made it more intimate for dinner. Good prices. Didn’t try dessert, which also seemed a bit pricey $8-10). Entrees in the $12-18 range. Would come again.

very pleasant and relaxing environment. the staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'm new to organic / vegan food that was part of my healthy lifestyle change. I was just there twice, and that's great. I travel to the Herndon zone several times a year and will make them one of my names in the future.

One of the few restaurants on this continent where I could close my eyes, pick a random dish, and have it be vegan delicious. Warm, personable service and 4 menus a year (one for every season) feat. wonderful ingredient combos
