We spontaneously looked for a vegan restaurant on our vacation and found exactly that in the green galley . Delicious vegan, very varied dishes await customers here in a rustic ambience. We actually had a hard time deciding, even though (or perhaps because) the menu is very clear and small. Our dishes were delivered quickly, were extremely tasty and the service was great and quick, even though the restaurant was full (we still managed to get a seat at the bar). Despite the high level of stress, the service was very friendly and motivated. The food tasted very good and we would like to come back. Be sure to keep the nut cream balls!!! 4 stars for ambience only because we think that it isn't quite as comfortable in the hallway when you sit at this table.

This year's Christmas menu (salad starter, soup, main course, dessert) was incredibly delicious. The soup with parsley oil and the seitan sauerbraten with jackfruit were particularly exceptional. The service was attentive and calm. We'll definitely be back. Reserve uma mesa agora
