There is a fresh, vegan salad bowl that changes weekly and soups. My bowl has plenty of fresh vegetables, a delicious herbal dressing, some rice and glass noodles, rather low-carb. There were also vegetarian options for our friends/family (milk rice, Nice salad etc.). The bistro is in a passage without significant seating, but since you are in a few steps on the beach/in the park, you would like to eat outside anyway. Updated from previous review on 2022-08-18

Finally a vegan option. We took 2 vegan bowls for our beach hike. We were not disappointed, super fresh and tasty. The whole can also be packaged in REBOWL by recup. Perfect: We like to come over again...

Although few vegan options, they were super delicious and freshly prepared. We had the vegan bowl with parsley dressing, hummus, avocado, couscous, salad, pea, paprika, carrots, and much more
