Order from this Resturant once a month and spend around 100$. My last order, food was good however I received red sauce that was not full. The manager on duty says they fill the containers to line as he did it himself. My sauce was not full and he said it was impossible that this could happen. I have cameras to show when my food came and as to when I called to report this as soon as I received it. This seems pitty but you as a manager screwed up along with your Resturant…disappointed in the service and will now consider other options for food thanks GT.

Talk about a fall from grace!!! The quality has shown a steady decline, and this time even the sauce was on the side. This was actually an advantage as the general Tao sauce was the worst I have ever had. It just tastes like vinegar. Half the chicken was overcooked, and the rice was very disappointing, considering it was once the best fried rice in Georgetown. We were regulars here since it opened, and I don't think we will be back.

We have ordered from here for years. Tonight they were unwilling to provide honey garlic sauce without ordering the ribs. It was all TERRIBLE. There were no fortune cookies either. Not a big deal but when we called the restaurant to inquire about the cookies they simply said the person packing must have forgot. So disappointed. Fall from grace indeed. We will not be ordering from here again. The food was a complete let down.

We used to always get the General Tso dinner. It used to be a tasty and reasonably priced meal complete with broccoli and onions with the chicken, but a while back they changed it so that the sauce comes separately and the veggies are gone.It's not as good. Of course the chicken will be dry as the sauce didn't marinate or cook with the chicken. This isn't how General Tso meals should be prepared or served. Such a shame.

Something terrible happened here…the place has changed. Menu changed and maybe ownership…the food is not nearly as good. We’ve been clients for 15+ years… I’m sorry to say not anymore. The food is not up to par.
