I recently had the pleasure of dining at Guasalmex, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. This restaurant beautifully showcases the authentic flavors of Guatemala, El Salvador, and Mexico, offering a diverse array of dishes that genuinely reflect the rich culinary traditions of these countries. As I explored the menu, I was thrilled to find such variety. The dining experience was incredible! The owner personally took our order and shared insights about how they craft all the drinks in-house (aside from the standard fountain drinks). He was very friendly and enthusiastic about explaining the dishes. I would definitely return and bring my friends along. There were plenty of vegetarian options, which was just as delightful as all the other food offerings!

One of my favorite spots in Pomona! Best Pupusa and Horchata? Last week we have a great job for a group of 20 people and the people in Guasalmex were the best! Funny, friendly and super courtesy. Honestly a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to go back!

The pupusas are freshly made and tasty. The black beans were delicious. I love the drink called ensalada de fruta . Upon arriving one must call the number on the door as the doors are locked probably because of riffraff. The workers will let you in. Reserve uma mesa agora

They serve the best pupusas in town, and their natural drinks are excellent. The only odd thing is that you need to use the back door and parking since the entrance on Holt Ave has been closed.

Always a fantastic dining experience. These folks really know what they're doing. My favorite is lunch special #6. Their mango lemonade is delicious as well. Everything is great!

Excellent food, naturally specialized in Pupusas that are not easy to find. The owners are very nice and attentive. Many fresh smoothie flavors also.
