Guelder Rose Southport

It was our first visit. We were greeted by Joy when we arrived. She was great! Very attentive and chatty, especially paid attention to our little boy Harrison. I just want to say how fantastic Joy was. I could hear her with the other customers, she also gave them the special attention that she gave to us. We left with a chocolate selection box for her little boy! Such amazing customer service. Thank you Joy you were amazing

We arrived on a busy day, so we expected a short wait, and Courtney ,who served me apologised for the wait, but there was no need. She was very polite too, an excellent attribute! The food was also excellent as usual. We had the carvery, as it's great value for money, but also as it retains a superb standard too. Great credit to all the staff, keep it up!

Good food (had the Carvery) at reasonable prices. Staff were very helpful friendly ... we required Gluten Free options were not disappointed. The bar staff understood our requirements checked things out for us. The chef at the carvery could not have been any more helpful cheery that gave us great confidence in our choices.

I only intended to visit for luncheon and I ended up having a small carvery and watching live music.Lovely view of Southport pier and Beach from the front of the Guelder Rose an enjoyable afternoon
