Stayed night, attending a wedding close by. Booked direct for best price. Car Park was full but nearby parking easy to find. Check in was smooth, I'm hopeless with names but it was the manager, young guy, really friendly and informative. Shown to room.. carried my suitcase, thank you. Very old building, full of charm and character, up fights to floor. Lovely suite, very oldy world. Beamed ceilings, original windows, antique furniture to fit theme with a beautiful poster bed. Floors a bit uneven but that's the age of the building. Sitting area with seat sofa, T.V and occasional furniture, there was a dressing table but no stool. Stayed here for a week enjoyable stay and comfy bed as I had a new mattress put on mid week. The lighting was very dark but explained why. Breakfast was for full English so decided to go into town. They said continental breakfast on the phone but when I saw the notice on the breakfast room it’s included in your room rate. Had two meals at the on-site restaurant was very nice even had a complimentary shot on the first night.

I recently stayed at this restaurant for a weekend and I absolutely loved it. The room was nice and the food was really good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The best part was that it is dog-friendly! I want to thank them for making my stay so welcoming. I will definitely come back here when I return to North Wales.

There is a real well inside this hotel !Rooms are individually decorated , ours had a childs hand carved on the door frame which was fascinating. Food is delicious and staff very friendly. We had a good look around the town and also explore places nearby. Highly recommended this place ! Reserve uma mesa agora

I had a great experience, cannot recommend enough! Staff was incredibly helpful, the room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. I highly recommend the breakfast and the coffee which was the best I’ve had in a while!

Great stay at the Guildford we loved our quirky bedroom which was clean with all amenities. Good location and tasty, reasonably priced food. Staff and manager were really helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Nice and clean, pleasant staff. Food is good pub food. Wine was good, beer ok. Not much selection but I guess it's a chicken and egg situation... Would recommend

it did not stay and cannot evaluate the rooms, but a large old pub that was steep in history. big beer in a great atmosphere. staff all friendly and helpful. Reserve uma mesa agora

a big scream for evan, the manager who felt so welcome today. we just arrived for a few drinks, but he seems to be an expert for gas friendship.

Very warm welcome attentive hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Great nights sleep and breakfast. We will definitely be stopping over again.
