Gus's Bbq - Reservar mesa

I'd like to share my experience at the restaurant. Initially, we were attended by a server whose name I can't recall (she had blonde hair pulled back into a bun), and she came across as rather rude when she switched us to another server. She seemed annoyed that we weren't ready to order. Fortunately, Alex, our new server, was very nice, but he didn't check in with us often enough to see if we needed anything. We had to ask him for refills ourselves. On busy nights like this, I believe they should have more staff available to assist customers.

We recently celebrated an event at GUS's, and everyone had a fantastic time thanks to the excellent customer service and friendly hostesses. They offer a variety of drinks, including liquor and beer, which perfectly complement the meal – and the music sets the vibe just right. Plus, the lights dim for an extra touch of fun! So, if you're looking for a great experience, I highly recommend GUS's Bar-B-Que in Porter Ranch at the Vineyard. I'm giving this place five stars!

Food was very good.The restaurant is noisy and on top of that they play their music very loud.Need to have at least one room that is quieter. Unfortunately just too loud for me.I will not be returning

Food was dry (brisket, spare ribs) food was room temperature not hot, Mac and cheese noodles were hard. Andres our server was polite and attentive

The food was decent, but the sauce raised some eyebrows! The portions were generous, and the chicken wings were fantastic!
