The kitchen in both the star restaurant and the bistro is very good, although not quite at the level of Erik Scheffler and Sonja Baumann. Here are deductions in the B-note concerning presentation, Amuse bouche, Saucier and Dessert. Unfortunately, a lot is repeated here or has left behind. Even the wine tastings seemed more harmonious and more striking, more experimental today. All in all, however, a unanimous concept.

We were 8 for dinner. The service is personal, reputable and very friendly. The food produces its own note in each course, which remains in memory and is experienced intensively. The wine was good and was served with the right temp. The ambience is very pleasant. REFERENZADRESSE in Cologne.

Top restaurant with beautiful atmosphere. Also good is the separation between golf and gourmet area. Half a star trigger for the missing classic “Clubsandwich” and “Cheeseburger” on the map. After 18 holes you have HUNGER!
