Cool vibe, slow service, and honestly mediocre food. 3.5 stars.I had high hopes when I was perusing the eclectic menu with all the fun names, and things started off well with the traffic light appetizer, which I liked. I wanted to order something different and a little bit crazy, so I ordered the Return of the Mac. This turned out to be a flavorless hamburger patty with bland mac and cheese on a pretty tasty brioche bun. It was topped with a couple of very greasy onion rings. My friends ordered the disco chicken (too spicy for me) and the cranberries pizza. The pizza was actually pretty good; I liked the pesto crust. Overall, just an ok dining experience.

it's been a minute since I've been to guyutes, and this time I only ordered their delicious waffle fries on a late friday night. they were fried to perfection and topped with tequila queso, pulled, pork, an assortment of veggies, and topped with a fried egg and cilantro crema. it is definitely meant to be shared because I took my leftovers home for another meal! the ambiance is nice, and the service was impeccable too.
