Gva Bistrot Geneve T1

This is my favorite spot at GVA. I have been through this airport enough times for work, weekend trips, and flights to and from the states that I now have a routine: print boarding pass at home, catch a direct bus or train from work or town, breeze through security in 10-15min, and head straight to this bistrot for a spritz or brewsky in the 45min before my gate posting. One of the best things about GVA is how quickly you can breeze in and out of it, but I find myself consistently arriving a few minutes early to grab a quick drink and bite and catch up on emails at this little bistrot. The amount of time I wait in this airport and they finally offer some vegan options! Honestly, it's a god save! But it is expensive! The croissant is nice but the pizza is a bit dirty. It's the only place in the airport that serves vegan food, so you might find yourself there

This is on the 2nd floor of the terminal. That was the only thing we could find at the airport, but it's filling and a good $11 each.
