important birthday dinner. absolutely first-class evening. drinks on the beautiful terrace before as dinner in the very comfortable dining room. the food was excellent. quality, taste and presentation well worthy of their Michelin star status. a kitchen at the top of the game. beautiful personal touches like the named menu and with the petit fours plate with the outlet piped. the personal has met the perfect balance between friendly and professional. best culinary experience in the east midlands? likely. highly recommended!

we went for a 20-year anniversary, and we were totally spoiled. eating was extraordinary, the staff was very attentive and the ambiente was beautiful. we really enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a drink in front of dinner. the garden is beautifully maintained and the staff of the reception was very welcoming. I'd like to go back.

Our first time at Hambleton for lunch. Very relaxing with beautiful gardens Restaurant spacious but cosy. Service excellent. Taster menu amazing,sommelier chose a fantastic selection of wines that really did complement the exquisite flavours of the dishes. A most relaxing almost joyous day. Highly recommend.

great hotel in a great location. the staff is very friendly and extremely attentive. that was amazing. iberico swarm was simply the best pig I ever tasted. it is at the upper end of the price table, but it is worth if they want a contract.
