Finally had a bad experience here and it was an extreme disappointment. I should have known when they called with a list of what they didn 't have, this was about to be all bad. The location didn 't have raspberry vinaigrette dressing for the raspberry vinaigrette salad. And obviously nothing else that went on the salad either, because all we got was some hot pecans on top of a half a bowl of lettuce. Half of my large baked beans was all liquid. There was only a few slices of brisket in my 1lb of meat and the rest was all sauce. Half of which was in the bag and all over everything because it wasn 't packaged in a sealed container. If you are looking for an authentic southern BBQ then look no further. Hambone's cooks their brisket perfectly, they use top quality beef cuts so they start off right with the best ingredients. The brisket is cooked/smoked for 12 hours and is absolutely delicious with a good bark on it. Don't look any further if you want the best brisket around. Their pulled pork is amazing as well. They make their own sauces and they are spot on for flavor and texture. Overall, their food meets or beats your southern BBQ desires. No matter what you treat from the menu its tasty his home cooking fast food style. The meat always delicate and seasonal perfect the fish always tastes fresh and fried as it should be NOT FLOUR with corn flour!!! The only criticism would be the tacos? they used to be so tasty, but recently they were not only smaller, but more fattening, which overwhelms the taste of the meat. If you have a sweet tooth, do you have a favor and order from the delicious dessert they have, with my favorites are bananas? Pudding, mini strawberry cheesecake cups?

8/8/2022 @6:00 DoorDash p/u order. I ordered two #51; this is a 3 meat dinner. My order was Brisket, Tri Tip and Rips. Brisket was all fat, Tri Tip was on point and my one rib was great! My two sides were Collard Greens and Beans. My greens were good until I came to a mental strain. The food was cool. I wish I enjoyed this Brisket man!

This food is delicious! We have the 3 meat specialty and bowl. In any case, both recommend that we have darkened without waiting time. Eating quickly came to our table! Come on.
