Handmade Noodle - Reservar uma mesa

I've been here several times now, the food is simply incredible. The noodles are all handmade and very chewy, the dumplings and shallot pancakes are fresh and crispy on the outside, everything I've eaten from here has been perfect and delicious. The chef who works here (I've never seen anyone else, not sure if he has any other staff) is always friendly and courteous and I have never had any complaints. The waits are sometimes on the long side, as they are very popular, and the location, being inside the old Carlingford shopping mall, is unassuming. However it is well worth the trip a true hidden gem. Vegetarian options: Unsure if the dishes are vegan but did notice a few vegetarian dishes.

Best shallot pancake I've ever had. Excellent hand pulled noodles, maybe the best I've had in Sydney. The chef is very friendly and obviously has pride in his food. Dingy old shopping centre food court atmosphere is almost charming. We were there for an evening meal, very quiet and service took only 15 minutes to get our food. Agree with previous review, the shao long bao pastry is a little thick and wasn't my favourite All up, a hidden gem that we will return to. I keep coming back again and again, because we love the fresh stretchy handmade noodles, the XinJiang style flavours, and the wonderful dumplings! Reasonably priced too. Sometimes it can get busy, and you might need to wait in the food court. You need to come prepared with cash, because they don't do EFTPOS here. The guy working here works so hard and he's always friendly and accommodating. Service: Take out

This restaurant offers traditional Chinese dumplings and noodles that are made from scratch by a skilled chef. Tea and sauce are self-serve, and seating is provided in an open area in the same fashion as a food court. Parking is at the ground level free for 3 hours limit. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
