a group of us has eaten on Wednesday evening at hanedan. one of my friends had been before and she recommended it very much. hanedan has a quirky, but intimately feel inside; there is not only a large room there are a few different sitting areas. we ordered some meze to share in order to begin our meal and we chose the flo pastries with feta and spinat, spicy garlic sausage, halloumi and meatballs in a tomato sauce. everything was delicious, but my favorite was probably the flo filled baked; I even enjoyed the meatballs that I am not fan in the usually, but I thought the sauce tasted extremely fresh and full of taste. for my main I chose the mixed grill on a recommendation from my friend and...

I came here with a friend one Thursday evening we booked ahead as my friend had said the establishment was small so wanted to ensure we got a table. The restaurant is small, but it is so beautiful inside. There was only a few staff which was all that was needed but they were really nice and friendly. The food was outstanding! I didn 't know what to order so my friend suggested the lamb liver as a hot starter to mix with some cold starters. We both had a mixed grill as a main course. The food was amazing and I really enjoyed my evening there. I think the next time I will order more starters and almost have a 'tapas ' style meal so I can try a bit of everything (shared though! . we love hanedan. we eat here a lot and have never been disappointed. it has a cozy atmosphere and service is always excellent. we always have the huge and usually the thin cut steak that is delicious. they make an eton measuring type dessert with pineapple or earthberry that is really good. the coffee is excellent as the baklava.

good easy eating, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. I go a few times a year with friends or before concerts in the queen’s hall. it never disappoints. I love the grilled huh. very tasty.

an amazing place with great food and always a warm welcome. have lost the number of times we were. the prices are also very reasonable. try the mezze for two as their starter.
