I haven 't been to this store since the beginning of the pandemic, so it 's been a couple of year. Always found the staff very helpful and friendly but on this occasion did not have a good experience at all. As soon as me and my shopping campanion walked in we can see no associates on the floor to assist customers. There was one cashier and 2 other employees but they seemed to be just standing around at the the register not doing anything. When i went up to pay i asked the associate about a discount i would be receiving and she got really defensive telling me in a rude manner that because they had ibms it would be taken off at the end for me not to worry in a condescending manner. I had the BEST experience at this store! Two employees Mary and Denise went above and beyond to help me find the correct bra, I was so happy I purchased 4. These two women are excellent at customer service and know how to make someone feel comfortable and very knowledgeable about the correct fits. Don’t go anywhere else! Top of the line!!!
