Happy Cow Cranbrook

I used to work at this restaurant and I really enjoyed it. I provided excellent customer service to each patron. Unfortunately, I was fired when I was five months pregnant due to the restaurant's unusual counting system. After reading the owner's reply, I realize that I may have never been considered an employee at Happy Cow, after all.

The staff member was very rude and short with me and my family. He helped the customers in front of us and then told us that he has to make labels for the ice cream before he serves us. We left without buying anything due to his attitude and the fact that making labels is more important than serving the only customers in the store.

I arrived at this restaurant at 9:48 pm only to find that they had already closed at 10 pm. The lights were on, but the doors were locked and there was a closed sign in the window. It's frustrating when a business displays their open hours but doesn't actually stay open until the stated closing time. Reserve uma mesa agora

I Worked at this place And I really loved it and I gave great customer service to each customer and unfortunately due to their odd counting system they fired me when I was 5 months pregnant.......Edited update to owners reply:I guess I never was an employee at happy cow right??

I just went to try an icecream after grocery one sunday. I really loved their sorbet. The customer service was even greater. The guy at front was very nice and greeted us upon entering. So now i m their regular customer . Every sunday is a sorbet day.

Liberty is amazing, and the staff members I often see there are also fantastic. They offer excellent craft flavors and add a wonderful touch to the downtown area. I really appreciate local businesses like this one!

Extremely good ice cream, lots of flavours. Of course, I got Johnnys Addiction, because of my name and I love peanut butter chocolate. Welcoming and fiendly staff. Reserve uma mesa agora

Delicious ice cream. I got the banana cream pie and caramel musiciato and they were delicious. Highly recommend as a local treat if you're in Cranbrook.
