Happy Teriyaki 11 On River Road

I ordered the tofu teriyaki today and it was massively disappointing, especially compared to the rest of the menu. The tofu wasn 't pressed and was mushy and flavorless. I 'm just an ignorant white dude but even I know that teriyaki tofu should be pressed, marinated and fried crispy on the outside and meaty on the inside. I filled up on the veggies and rice and left half my tofu on the plate. I regret not sending it back and walking out. I expect better when I 'm paying $15 for $3.50 of food.Vegetarian options: Don 't order the tofu! They didn 't do it right and it was terrible. Mushy and flavorless.

Was just at this place..we wanted to try a new place so we decided to try this place out..I think not..we were waiting for our food and people where coming and going faster than we were getting our food we asked one of the waiters and he said they are cooking it now..I said we ordered 15 mins ago we had been waiting for 30 mins we got up and left. Good luck at this place don't waste your time. Can't rate the food cause we couldn't eat it to rate it..poor service

We love this place and have been coming here for 30 years. I have very little to complain about ... as we all understand cost of everything has gone up, I cannot justify a $30 increase to your Happy 11. Plus the last 2 times, the beef was super dried out. We all are trying to be supportive of small businesses but maybe reevaluate the impact of cost increase. If you still feel like its justified, then sadly you will see less of us and that is so sad for me.

I sent my daughter out for take out, food wasn't good, and found a bolt in my orange chicken. Took a picture of this, never seen something like this before. Would not recommend at all. I'm keeping the receipts from this place just in caseFood: 1/5
