Hard Rock Cafe - Reservar uma mesa

The food was really good but the service not organized. Although the waiters and the manager were very polite, there was something wrong with the communication. Our order was delayed and they apologized for it offering a dessert on the house which never arrived. They were out of a kind of beer we were drinking (pils, frequently ordered) as well.

Lovely place with friendly staff, especially Tufan welcomed us to the restaurant and made our experience just better! Food was very good and the service was surprisingly fast. Definitely recommended!

Ambiance great service good food catastrophic. Pommes cold burger was a prefabricated paddy and completely dry and much too expensive. Unfortunately no comparison to previous or other Hardrock sites.
