Hare's Gap Cafe Bistro

I stopped by because I had starved and didn't know it was dead. I had the chicken stable with the Pomme frits. it was really excellent. this was rib eye made in a spicy teig that was on the ground. the fries were cut thin, double-footed and salt/peffered to perfection. the service was great. the menu is typical perini. they make a few things really good. the table next to me had other items on the lunch menu that looked great. gott eat here.

A gem of a cafe if you're near Abilene or staying at Abilene State Park. Many items are gluten free but not marked on the menu. Just ask. Yummy!

this is eliza I recommend the gap cafe! the breakfast and lunch are soou tasty I live in abilene and believe me, it is worth the ride

great caffe! for the first time there. I loved her quiche coffee. will go back when we are in the opposite.
