Harvester - Reservar mesa

I feel compelled to feedback on my experience in the harvester. It was my 13 year old son’s birthday and we had booked a table for 8pm . We were running slightly late so called the restaurant before 8pm to let them know we were running slightly late. We were told that our table would be cancelled if we were not there by 8.15pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 8.15 /8.16pm. We were told by the assistant manager that our table was cancelled as it was after 8.15pm (by about 30 seconds if that on my watch . The assistant manager gladly referred to the terms and conditions of the booking. She offered no resolution and lacked any good will . Since when did restaurants turn paying customers away an...

My family of 8 made a reservation for Sunday at 12:15 at a restaurant. We were seated promptly, but the seats and table were sticky. The glass in the cubicle partition was dirty, likely from a greasy cloth. They didn't have any draught beers, so we ordered two expensive bottles of Doombar, which were immediately flat and possibly due to dirty glasses. There were no vegetables available to order and the salad bar was ok, although a customer seemed to be stirring and dropping everything. The food was mediocre at best, with tepid chips served in a bucket. We didn't bother with desserts. I will not be returning to this Harvester location, especially the one in Meridian, Leicester.

Holly was extremely friendly and took excellent care of us during our meal. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was exceptional. Thank you!

Good service, tasty food and not too long a wait at all. We arrived at 13.30 and were seated no bother, the Sunday meal deal was great value and we enjoyed all three courses. Reserve uma mesa agora

We are frequent customers and we always enjoy our visits to this restaurant. It is a wonderful place with delicious food and exceptional service, particularly from Holly.
