I visited my friend in kent and when we were in the place, he proposed this special facility. when we arrived at 13:45 a.m., the parking lot was nice and empty, so we were spoiled for the choice of the parking lot. we parked and entered the restaurant. we were great by a charming lady who walked past us the salatbar past our sitting area. arrived and were shown our table, had to wait until it was cleaned what was ok. went to get drinks and took some broth rolls then was spoken too rudely to get them even for covid! the personal should always talk to people as they want to be spoken, never an apology for rude employees. coworkers didn't wear a name mark, but our waitress knew who we thought when we told her and apologized, apparently usual that she was rude! also they can not catch covid from the introduction of a broth roll on a teller! the waitress was very helpful, but waiting for eating was unacceptable, 45 minutes waiting between the curses, was told by a same rude member of the staff, we should wait 30-40 minutes and we...

Tables sticky to start with and carpet was more sticky than a Weatherspoon's! Service was good to start but food came out cold . Ask to be re done but they threw the steak back on the grill and re served it as well done...(originally rare) Chef had the hump because it was returned again. Other diners chips cold and soggy, sweetcorn seemed like it had been in a bucket of water for a week. beautiful meal and eat with the family. the salatable is still served by the waiter and they were made of broth rolls that were a little frustrating. the meals were ok, but other restaurants within the chain were higher portions. my children loved the construction of their own dessert, which she sat down for at least 10 minutes. limited parking spaces in the parking lot but they must register at arrival in the bar area

Myself and 23 of our family members celebrated my granddaughter’s birthday there this evening. Dylan our waiter was fantastic, great service, he honestly couldn’t have done anything better. we went to Sunday. the food was over boiled and gumy, but to add further insult to injuries, we were then stabbed with a parking fee! this is the first and last time. for a £30 meal to cost us almost £200, is ridiculous! save her money and get her a takeaway home.

We had a fantastic day and great atmosphere. We had a wonderful waitress Alison she had good customer service skills, polite and friendly making sure we were happy with our food.
