Harvey Hinklemeyer's is ... an Italian food joint. Just like most other Italian food joints. It's good. It's pretty quick, usually. The servers work hard to get you your food, although they don't always check back very often. It has a salad bar, but you won't find a super large selection on it. It's pretty old fashioned. But really, aren't salad bars as a whole pretty old fashioned? They experienced a short resurgence there form a bit, but went away again. I wish they would come back to stay. So, there are a couple of really special items at Harvey's. Their individual pizzas are a must try they aren't a small pizza that's mostly dough and a few bits of toppings like so many. Harvey Hinklemeyers offers a family-friendly dinning experience for fresh cooking. With an order from Josie's favorite (Käsenfries) and a Tenderloin. I can see why the cheese rice Josies favorite hot cutries with spicy liquid cheese and freshly cooked bacon. The fried tender was fine. Was juicy, mixed with the bread period with pepper and salt.

It came in for the first time today. My wife had the mixed pasta dish with breadsticks, very tasty. I had the 10 deluxe pizza, the crust was fluffy and crispy and the flavors were on site. We will definitely come back.

My wife grew up in this area and we love to come back here for her pizza and breadsticks. Some of the best bread sticks you ever eat! The dough on the pizza is also amazing. It's a great hometown restaurant!
