Harvey's - Reservar uma mesa

Finally the return of Harvey's restaurant in Victoriaville.Very nice place, new and clean.Good food but poor service.There were no customers on the Harvey’s side, the kids in the kitchen were laughing together without worrying about me.Finally after a few achoum ,,, I am answered. I give my order, we still wait for the burger after 10 minutes, the young lady calls me for the toppings.Finally we start, oops missing the mayonnaise, we go to look for it, oops lack of mustard we look for it back and finally the bottle of Ketchup is empty and we go back to fill it ,,,Finally I am handed the tray and I claim my drink to finally tell me that the colleague will come and give it to me.The team is def...

Honnêtement après trois visites je peux dire que c'est le pire harvey's qui existe... Ne vous fiez pas sur eux, c'est pas ça du harvey's. Normalement c'est super bon, le meilleur burger, mais à cette adresse c'est vraiment horrible, tout détrempé tellement y mettent trop de Relish ou moutarde ou ketchup. Ça c'est a part des erreurs.

Mon expérience est la suivante:FroidJ'avais FAIM j'aurais eu le temps d'aller en Floride allez retour avant de recevoir ma commande une simple poutine )Pour ensuite ne pas avoir ni d'ustensiles ni essuie tout.. ce qui a pris un autre 15 min... sur ce bon service merci beaucoup!

Aujourd'hui cetais ma dernière visite à ce harvey's , leur pain a hot dog avais de la moisissure.Quand je leur ai montré il étais surpris , mais moi pas vraiment car sa fesais la 2 ieme fois que sa m'arrive a ce Harvey's .Comme dit le dicton , jamais 2 sans 3...

So happy there's a new Harvey's open at Victoriaville. I have been waiting since 2016 for Harvey's excellent food, cooked to perfection and very Covid-19 friendly!!
