Harvey's Serving Swiss Chalet

We have been going to Swiss Chalet for 40 years and this is the only time we were disappointed. The menu is a tiny fraction of a regular Swiss Chalet. The chicken legs were dried out. They had been cooked at least an hour before our arrival. The salad had also been prepared long enough before that some of the lettuce was turning brown. The special sauce was like a jelly and came out of the cup as a clump. As this is both a Harveys and a Swiss Chalet, the fries were the previously frozen Harverys fries and not the normally brilliant Swiss Chalet fries. Arrrrggggghhhh!! Well, this used to be a very good place to get a great burger but I have to say it’s a huge disappointment now. I don’t know if this place is under new management, but the quality is unacceptable now. I know it’s a pandemic and drive through is the way to go but the food should be hot and fresh. Instead the burgers are just warm and the fries are cold and limp. When I get to the window to pay they rest the Hockey Stick with the debit machine on my vehicle. Not Cool. You are not only cross contaminating from every vehicle ahead of me, but you are now risking damage to my new vehicle. Hard Pass from me.

Was really looking forward to a delicious thick milkshake, but what they gave me at the drive-thru was like melted icecream thin and liquid, I have not had a Harvey's milkshake shake before and if that is their idea of a milkshake it was the worst I have ever had, I was extremely disappointed that was not a proper milkshake .

Awful . Wrap freezing cold in center. Staff refused to heat it: this after they lost my order and finally got the wrap 10 min after my husband received his order. Lack of customer service, food awful and i am a loyal Swiss Chalet customer. Inhospitable attitude from manager and no attempt to resolve situation

Great staff and service Great food and hygenic Great price And it is clean As a local i can say it is good.
