Hearth '61 At Mountain Shadows

We came here to celebrate my birthday. What an amazing time. We requested a table with a view and it didn’t disappoint. I was greeted with a birthday card which really made the night special. The food was fantastic! We shared the Italian sausage flatbread to start. The hubs enjoyed the filet and I had the short rib. Both were prepared perfectly. They brought me the most delicious dessert with a candle which capped off a wonderful night. The restaurant is beautiful and relaxing with amazing mountain views. We will return!

We went for brunch at this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was inviting, and the food was delicious. This is definitely a must-try place as we have always had a positive experience here.

Everything was delicious, although we especially loved the fig and apple salad. The service was impeccable; our server was attentive and friendly. The surprise chocolate/fresh fruit/incredible torte (for my birthday) was the best!

The food at this restaurant is always delicious, and their staff is wonderful. I highly recommend trying the celery root soup and the filet with blue cheese, they never disappoint.
