Food was AMAZING. Service was excellent. Very high energy. Positive vibes. They just finished renovating and it really looks AMAZING. not to mention they did all of the art work and signs themselves. Was very impressed. And the amount of food you get!!!! Enough to fill you enough your about to pop and then your take home leftovers is still another whole meal in itself!!! All for a truly AMAZING price... Heavy D... You get Sh@ done!!! Anyone living in the Quesnel Caribou region... This place is a MUST try... Lebanese twist to their food makes this dine in experience one worth boasting about... Keep up the good work you guys.

Happened to be in Quesnel on business and had read reviews on this restaurant. Decided to stop in for lunch and it did not disappoint. I ordered the senior sized Pulled Pork (smaller option portion) and it was big and delicious! The buns are homemade and totally amazing. Service was steller and the gal was super nice. There are a few other items I look forward to trying next time I am in town. Below is 1/2 of my sandwich that I had to go.

Without doubt, I 've had the best ever pulled pork sandwich at Heavy D 's BBQ! Every single 5* comment on TripAdvisor about said sandwich is so well-deserved. It was simply delicious. That 's it! (My partner 's pasta dish was also excellent. Just as we entering the establishment, a chap came out and said to us 'The food in there is amazing! '... Turns out he was 100% correct! Thank you.

Best restaurant of the ones I tried while in Quesnel for work. Had the pulled pork on a bun. Homemade bun was very good. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and didn't fall apart while eating it. Pulled pork was incredible. Not your typical BBQ sauce but the flavours were amazing and so well balanced. I have to say this is one of the best pulled pork sammidge’s I’ve ever had! The bread had a perfect texture wasn’t overwhelming, well done!! We will be back definitely a must try for anyone travelling through.

Best pulled pork I have ever had. Generous portion. Owner very friendly. My son is a picky eater and told her it was the best pork he has ever had! And that this place should be famous!

We expected more bar bq stuff as its called Heavy D but the food was good. There was no one there for quite awhile so we were waiting for service.
