I first went to this place earlier this week, and found it right at the rear of this beautiful church. If you want a decent homemade sandwich, or eggs on toast with a mean cup of coffee this is the place to be. Well tucked away from the town, and it enjoys free parking.... If you really want to venture, you might even find a good book to read in the church library. Sally will always be happy to take your order with a smile and look after you. This restaurant is a fantastic destination for those seeking delicious food, such as a full English breakfast, tea, and coffee. It is a welcoming sanctuary for those in need of some company and contemplation, as well as a great place to make new friends. The service is exceptional and the staff are very friendly. A great place service, atmosphere, truly uplifting. Pay as you please/pay what you can. A community in itself. Well worth a diversion to sample the delicious variety of lunches on offer. A real credit to Ellie and her team!
