Heidi's Brooklyn Deli

Had my first bad (somewhat) experience at Heidi’s today. I’ve been going to Heidi’s since they opened and some of the staff there know what I typically get. I didn’t recognize the person making my sandwich today, which isn’t a first as people come and go. When I got home and pulled the sandwich out of the bag I could immediately tell it was very light on the fillings. I typically don’t bother to make note but was damn hungry and wanted the typical amount of fillings that is usually on the sandwich, I mean one of their mottos are “our sandwiches are bigger and last longer”. Hands down the best sandwich shop it city. Fresh vegetables, fresh bread. As a rule, you get into a rush to get back to work... and my order is always on point. Great smoothies and soups!
