We stayed there on 21.6.21 as a family with 2 children (5 and 2 years) for lunch. The location is top and the food was delicious. But: Unfriendly staff at the counter. Wanted to change the supplement 1 Euro extra! Who does that? There are only roast potatoes or fries. And how many children eat roast potatoes like pumice. To the playground: We all had enough time to bring things through the crash. Not the Hermannshöhe. Ropes are torn and boards are broken. The view is great ... The quality of the food corresponds to medium canteen level, the cake is just e.g. T. delicious! The prices are excessive for self-service and the staff at the kitchen counters are unfriendly, harsh and substantial customer orientation is obviously a foreign word. Questions and special requests are answered in repudiation. Bad April joke. Price performance ratio incredibly bad. Were there at Easter brunch 2018, just cheeky. Like a resting place only there you wouldn't have to pay for the parking lot. Breakfast buffet was OK, the warm food bad in quality as well as choice. For children there weren't even fries or noodles. It was loveless at Easter. Now we also know why to make advance payments, we would have left. Never again!
