I recently had the Hero House experience through online ordering and pick-up. I have been a fan of Hero House since their original location next to the colosseum, and I remember when they had two locations. Today, I decided to show my support by ordering from them. I was torn between ordering online or calling in my order. After waiting a long time on the phone, I ended up placing my order online. When I first entered the restaurant, I was immediately greeted with an unprofessional attitude. Having worked in a restaurant before, I understand that it can be a stressful environment, but customer service is key. Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant as my food was undercooked and my brother's meal was not prepared properly. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she responded with a dismissive attitude when I requested a replacement due to the undercooked food. I was unable to finish my cheese sticks due to the poor quality. Upon returning to the restaurant on multiple occasions, I was consistently met with the same rude attitude from the manager.
