Hideaway - Reservar uma mesa

We were expecting good things as have always had great experiences at their sister restaurants. We had a table booked for 5, with a newborn and their pram. Immediately, we were told there was no room for the pram, despite the restaurant only having a few tables occupied. This could have been handled better, the staff was unnecessarily rude. The food was absolutely delicious. But sadly, service let them down. We struggled to get anyone’s attention for another drink, to get the bill and to pay the bill. It was a celebration of new jobs, new baby etc. and this was tarnished due to the bad service. For an expensive, celebratory meal we feel disappointed and let down by the experience.

Absolutely loved the Alpine theme. Food was fantastic. Highly recommend the Zweigelt red wine and the Shredded pancakes (Kaiserschmarrn) dessert. Music was a little too loud but atmosphere was otherwise great. Vegetarian options: The vegetarian main options were a bit thin but we made an awesome tapas out of the snacks and starters.
