Higo Sushi Peruvian Fusion

This was our first time to Higo Sushi and Peruvian. Our experience was outstanding to say the least. We arrived just after 5:30pm and were seated promptly outside in the patio area. The hostess was extremely accommodating and set up two standingheaters next to our table since it was pretty chilly out. Shortly after we were greeted by the most friendly waitress that tookour drink order. When she returned she immediately took our food order. Service and food quality was nothing short ofexceptional. Finally tried this place and I would definitely come back. The sushi I had tasted fresh. The rolls offered were unique. I ordered the ceviche and it was surprisingly enjoyable. It's definitely different and I would recommend trying it. The crispyrice sushi appetizers were great and filling. The spicy garlic edamame was flavorful. The service of this place was good and thewaiters were always around continued to check on us. The food came in a timely manner. We didn't have to wait long for ourdishes to come.

The food was so good and we were so hungry that I didn?t take that many pics. Trust me: you want to get the 4-in-1! Fast and friendly service. They accommodated us even though we came 30 min before closing.
