I saw this restaurant open at a hard time because of kovid. I was curious how to rebuild and repair the site. I hoped it would be great for them to go well, and my fiancée and I finally went in to give them an attempt. the atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful, they had great background music and art from cultures all over the world. it felt like eating well. my father and I stayed on the lookout for dinner tonight, because this place is accessible in foot. hilltop is the best Ethiopian restaurant that I was. first, the art and design is very attractive together with relaxing music. we felt welcome with warm smiles and enthusiasm. when we celebrated the birthday of my friend, this place makes memorable and special. I recommend checking hilltop when they are in town. you will love it!

This place had a calm, relaxed atmosphere. They gave us delicious, complimentary vegetable soup right as we sat down, which was such a nice surprise after coming in from the cold. The marinated lamb shank was flavorful, tender, and delicious. Please eat here if you're ever in or anywhere near South St. Paul.

we had the pleasure to try this restaurant for the first time. it was an absolute joy. beautiful atmosphere and presentation. food was phenomenal! chicken sambosas were from this world! I encourage them to support this wonderful small family business.
