When we arrived at the hotel, we encountered some issues due to a technical glitch. However, the staff were incredibly apologetic and went out of their way to accommodate us. Our group of four, including two children, had a wonderful experience thanks to Jake, the manager on duty. He was attentive and made sure all of our needs were met, ensuring our stay was comfortable. We truly appreciate Jake's efforts in making us feel at home, and the children were delighted to extend their stay. Thank you, Jake!

We had a wonderful experience at Hinckley Knight! Kelly greeted us warmly and Dave and Kelly run a fantastic pub/restaurant. The staff was awesome and the service was amazing. It was a great place to eat and relax. We even got to catch up with Fliss Shannon before her shift started. Thank you so much for a great time, we won't wait so long to come back next time. Popped into to Hinckley Knight on the way home from an airport drop at BHX for a quick drink and to catch up with the nights football. Staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. Managed to get the game I was particularly interested in on one of the TV’s. Great range of drinks including soft drinks and the food looked good. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area or just passing.

Came in for football and a bite to eat, was quite busy so would recommend booking for food. Mixed grill and chicken mix platter good value for money. Staff seem friendly and bubbly.

The restaurant has a charming atmosphere and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and served hot. We look forward to returning.
