Our recent breakfast visit to Hobeys Casino left much to be desired. After being seated, we quickly felt pressured by the staff to order. They told us they had other “customers that wanted to eat breakfast too” It's frustrating to feel like we were being hurried out rather than allowed to enjoy a meal that we were about to pick and conversation. The management Celina and waitress Irene didn’t seem to care about our discomfort and did little to address the situation. Instead they gave us attitude and were absolutely RUDE! So our party got up, paid our drinks and left. Overall, it was disappointing to encounter such poor service. I had hoped for a relaxing breakfast, but instead, it felt like...

Hobey's Casino Restaurant management displayed subpar customer service when they questioned the delay in our breakfast order, despite our waiting for two additional guests. As paying customers for over 30 years, we expected a higher level of customer care. Unfortunately, Hobey's management prioritizes seating more customers over ensuring a positive dining experience for their patrons. Hobey's Casino Restaurant. #DOBETTER!
