Hobos At The American Legion

Excellent got there and lucky for us we got seated right away there was no waiting at all and that usually never happens apparently I have been told that here is usually a wait but not for me for my first to dining here but I got the three peace fried chicken two legs and a breast with fries and baked beans everything was awesome I mean the baked beans weren’t what I was expecting but they weren’t terrible ether I’m use to them being sweet like Bushes baked beans but I still ate them cause they weren’t terrible it just wasn’t what I was expecting them to taste like but In all great place to eat totally recommend it to anyone

We descended on Hobo's at about 3 pm on a Sunday with about 20 people (8 kids) with a short notice of about 30 minutes. They had tables ready for us and even though it was busy in the whole restaurant, our server, Hollie, provided fantastic service. Best service for a large group in as long as I can remember. She kept drinks refilled, checked on us regularly, and divided the bills nicely among 6 families. The food was delicious! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it!

In town for work and found this spot last minute. Had the fried chicken and it was great!!! I'm a southern boy from Memphis and the chicken was in the top 5 I've ever had. We've got Gus's so that's hard to beat, but had a great experience and great meal. Will be back!!

Got the full rack of ribs w 2 sides while the bf got the catfish w 2 sides. Didn’t need the bbq sauce for the ribs which were awesome . Friendly and quick staff. Def will be back

The food was fresh and well prepared. The wait staff was also attentive, and well organized. If you are in the area you should give hobos a try it will not disappoint.
