Hofbräu Am Steinertor

We were actually sitting in the Vinothek Leopold, but were lured into the restaurant by a band playing in the Hofbräuhaus (in the course of the opening of the beer garden). The band was great (Zwiesl Brass) and totally fit into this rustic flair. But if I think away the band, the only impression left is this: We waited forever for a server. After none came, we went looking for one ourselves. But it was served quickly afterwards. We had a beef tartar at 3.90 p.m. and a pretzel with Liptauer at 6.90 a.m. The former was very good, with the Liptauer we could have been told that a pretzel would not be enough. (was a decent chunk of spread, which you can't see on the photo). The house wine is good...
