Hog’s Australia’s Steakhouse

Took the kids for lunch and was bitterly disappointed. The chicken burgers were quite underwhelming and my tortilla bowl was inedible. There was avocado on top that was as hard as a rock! It was sooo under ripe! The actual salad tasted like yesterday’s salad that had been stewing in dressing all night and my additional chicken breast was like dried rubber! I didn’t get charged for the dish but there was no apologies, no offer of anything else,absolutely zip! And as I write this, I realise that my daughter missed out on her drink and ice cream that was supposed to come with the kids Mac and cheese. Never again!

I always enjoy coming here, the staff are lovely and the foods pretty tasty. the cuts of steak are so nice that even though they tend to overcook it.. it 's still tender. This time, was a bit dryer than usual, but still tender and tasty. I told and showed the waitress my rare steak.. she said she 'd let the chef know (just as a courtesy).. but i never heard a response or anything. Anyway.. will be back. Although it 's expensive, I do enjoy it here.

Service are very good. Menu are clear. Beverages are enough. I miss the draft beer. But for a steak always red wine. So that’s all ok. I ordered prime rib eye medium rear. I got it medium. Next point, the rib eye looks to pale. The taste was without roasted aroma. The colour was not dark enough. The waiting time was not long. The ambiance is top.... I had a good time there.... so keep working on the taste, and it will works. Thx from Germany

Very clean, tasty meal. Salad was a bit warm and soft, but still tasty. Steak and ribs were tender and flavoursome, little overcooked, asked for medium-rare got medium-well.. but wasnt disappointed as it was a good cut. Little pricey for the portion.. but that's the franchise, not the owners. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. I look forward to my next feed! Thanks!!

Staff were friendly, premises was clean. Plenty car parking. We had burgers for lunch, Very average for a burger, meat was dry, if wasn’t for the bbq sauce, it would be return to sender!! Disappointing
