Home Cafe - Reservar uma mesa

I lived in Vienna for months as an Erasmus student from London and I could never feel comfortable in the traditional Viennese cafes so I was over the moon to find the home cafe! The decor and friendly vibe was so “homey” I started...to visit the home café not only to have a meal or drink coffee whilst doing uni work, but also to drink with friends on their happy hour and play their great selection of board games. It was a perfect venue for any of the above and I can’t wait to return whenever I make it back to Vienna

..Nice coffee shop in the 9th Bezirk, three trams stops from Shottentor station. Very interesting design concept, antique decorations, paintings, small elements on the walls, high ceilings, beautiful lighting .. Very friendly team. Would love to come to read a book or just for freelance...work on the computer. Did not have a chance to try the food but a cup of coffee was not bad!

It is the most excellent Restaurant i ve eVer been. the ambient is like real home. The Service is really heartfully and lovely. The food is very delicious. There is love Inside! If u would like 2 visit Vienna and would like to eat...some islandic fish Then u muss go to the HOME CAFÉ! Yours, David

What a great place, this is my new loungeroom. Great icelandic fried fish and soup, amazing bread and butter, cakes. Everything home-made, glass of wine and a happy face. :
