My fiancé and I are on vacation with our four kids (16, 15, 14, 8). It’s really hard to find a restaurant where everyone is extremely happy with their food, but Hook Anchor knocked it out of the park! The staff were all very patient and helpful while the 6 of us were trying to figure out what we wanted. We never once felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing them. We ordered lobster fries, clam chowder, two mahi mahi tacos, two crusty crab burgers, lobster mac cheese, and fish and chips. Everything was mouthwateringly delicious!!! This place is so amazing that I can hardly find the words to describe it! I've never been a fan of seafood, especially crabs and shrimp, and I never imagined I would try lobster. However, since my wife and daughter love seafood, I decided to give it a shot today. To my surprise, this charming little spot with limited parking serves incredibly fresh lobster. We ordered everything we could: Lobster Mac and Cheese, Lobster fries, Surf and Turf with Salmon and Steak, Clam Chowder, and some fresh, locally brewed beer! came here on a working trip and the lobster was amazing! We ordered four for the table. It is hot and precoated in butter. It comes in 4 ounces or 6 ounces – it is a small intimate place. Great for lunch!
