If I could rate my experience from Hooters yesterday, I’ll rate it 0 stars. My boyfriend and I love Hooters, especially because Hooters play the games that my boyfriend likes to watch. Yesterday, my boyfriend and I had reservations for 9:30 pm. We received our table quickly. Our waiter name was Secret. We didn’t receive our food until 10:55pm. Which could’ve influenced her actions to give us poor service. Maybe she was over sat. Remember though, we’re only a party of two; and our waiter brought out our Pepsi’s 25 minutes after we ordered our food. We didn’t even receive a straws for our drinks. Such a disappointment. I live in Orland .Used to eat here regularly . Sat at bar early afternoon because no one was in dining room. It looked dead. Haven't been in for about 6 months. Actually no reason to patronize this mis managed location. Everything was wrong. Saw $5 Bacardi and diet coke special on menu . Bartender said no Bacardi or other rum,only Malibu rum (which is terribly sweet. I just had Diet Coke. Friend ordered Michelob ultra .Bartender said didn't have that. We'll none on tap. they are seriously removed from these hoosters. they have a few little girls working in fine front with big settings. as if it's just fritted wings it's not so serious. not worth the evil settings. the place was almost empty many tables that I saw as they had at least 20 separate guests parties in a few minutes. to the manager: teach their hostess gals not to be so rude tk customers. they are literally the first people they see when they walk in the door and who cares when there is a game? the chicken wings here have not been well cooked yet. I have clogged my 'mild' wings with a tonne oil that all saw on my wings oily saturated. the whole plate on which the wings stood was filled with oil. I don't like to bake it with any soda, so I didn't like it as it looked. very unpleasant look. it made me sick after I had eaten the first two wings for all the oil. the manager said they were cooking now. the waitress told me it wasn't her fault, and of course I know it's not her fault, she's not the cook. the manager was happy to reimburse me. the personal here was always brilliant, but that is the reason why I often go there. that didn't happen before I love the wings there. Walked into Hooters and was immediately greeted. The restaurant did not appear to be busy at all. We were quickly seated and then kind of went down from there. We placed our order and the food took quite some time to come out. The food was cold and seemed like it was out for a while before we got it. Our server was nice but the service was not. There were probably more staff then customers so not sure why everything was so slow and unorganized.

Always thinking about trying something different. What an aroma of beef in this place and the burgers do look good. BUT, I keep getting the same thing; the wings. My absolute favorite meal from Hooters is the loaded tater tots with wings; honey bbq with Caribbean jerk rub. Talk about enhancing a flavor profile, just WOW!

the food was fresh, at the weekend broke in....was something empty, which was good for us. burger lasted 45 min, but overall had a great experience, will definitely return for other menu items. Reserve uma mesa agora

Ordered online. Lunch was ready on time packaged with plenty of napkins and utensils. Wings are delicious but could have had a bit more sauce with the Double Dip order.

Came there on a Sunday night. My server Hillary was an amazing. She was so nice and polite. She also had a pretty smile. Someone give me her number.
