Ma and I finally made it in to Hop Sheing Noodle House. Located on Fort St. in Lincoln Park, MI, this new local addition opened about a week ago. With nothing like this restaurant in the area, the noodle house has a competitive advantage. Good stuff. I've never had Pho before so I tried it. It was delicious. Service was good. Noodles tasty. The broth was hot. Vegetables fresh. Service friendly and prompt. Restaurant clean and neat. A big improvement over the former occupant Fergies. I read the negative review and I just don't get it. When I read extremely negative reviews, I figure they're from competitors.

Create your own noodle soup or stir fry. Really tasty food experience of totally spoiled from the Sync service 3 meals came at least 10 minutes earlier than the 4th. Drink would never have been shown without prodding. That would be a simple 4 if they got this together.

First visit. I ordered execution and played it safe by ordering pad Thai with chicken and many vegetables. Huge portions AND great taste! I'll be back.
