Hornfluh - Reservar uma mesa

What was supposed to be a short coffee break in the afternoon turned into a long test of patience. The terrace is partly self-service and partly serviced. We asked an employee where the service was because it wasn't clear to us at the beginning. So we sat down at a served table. There were still empty dishes from the previous guests on several tables; we were there at 2:30 p.m. on a weekday in the low season. (March 14, 2024) So the terrace was not full. Several waiters walked past us without paying any attention. New guests you knew were greeted with a friendly handshake or hug, and orders were taken sporadically or not. Magnifique endroit ,le soleil était de la partie apéritif sur la terrasse , intérieur typique avec plusieurs tables de bonne dimension .Repas très bon, ingrédients frais très bien servi et copieux .Dortoir et quelques chambres au sous-sol.Brunch le lendemain matin produit de La région tresse, divers pains salade de fruits frais bircher et fromages , tous ça pris sur la terrasse abrité du soleil par de grands parasols, devant un panorama splendide.Je reviendrai

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 12 Personen, das Essen wurde uns zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten serviert vom 1. bis zum letzten Essen vergingen 1h...Das Personal war sehr gestresst und ruppig. Auf die Frage nach einer Stunde wo das letzte Essen sein könnte kam die Antwort: ist bestellt! Keine Entschuldigung. Das Essen war leider nur mittelmässig, das Fleisch war fast kalt, der Salat hatte fast keine Sauce dran. Sehr schade, wäre ein schönes Restaurant

We consumed a small and a large portion of fries in the self-service section of the restaurant over lunch. Considering it was self-service, we had to wait quite a long time and progressed slowly in line. But also had many guests. Eat: The size of the portions was okay. But the fries were seasoned rather lightly; a fine mixture of spices would be desirable.

Once again this year I had a wonderful week with my family. The Hotel Restaurant Hornfluh can only be recommended.
