not expected to stop us this weekend of ascension but what happiness!the remains of a breathtaking abbey and to finish a gourmet stopover (very greedy) with a couple of very serious and competent owners. beef paved with falling foie gras escalope accompanied by a gratin melting no cracks of perdition salad leaves that are not used for anything. to finish a meringue with mascarpone mousse strawberries and jelly with red wine with spices, to cherish a caramel apple cake with salebref butter as happiness. Hello! I spent here 2 days ago an unforgettable evening. it was an absolutely delightful experience and eating was exceptional. the restaurant is part of an experience I had from rural france. we were two families who spent 3 hours there and with the memory of an evening we would like to repeat (same review I also published it on tripadvisor).

a very pleasant welcome, the place is beautiful, the service is impeccable the choice of dishes is neither too long nor too short. Discovering a really delicious pin. For my part, I tasted the foie gras that was excellent and in the dish I took a bar with its small cooked and seasoned vegetables to perfection, a feast.
