Hot Head Burritos - Reservar uma mesa

This is an excellent franchise concept and I really like the menu. Unfortunately, this location is failing to execute. The place is pretty dirty despite having had a recent refresh. The staff also seems to suffer from a lack of adequate supervision or training. Some points for staff on hygiene probably couldn’t hurt either. Went in right at 6pm to an empty restaurant. There was a sign on the door saying they were closing at 8 “due to staffing.” There were three employees working. Came in around 6:00 and some guy who makes the food had a nasty attitude since me and my wife walked in being very rude and nasty. We told him give us a minute we even stepped to the side and let people cut us. The guy kept asking us so you guys need a couple more minutes and looking at us crazy. Then the the cashier told him go to the back he will call him when he is ready he still stayed there kept trying to get smart and nasty I don’t get it. This hothead is the worst one I’ve been to. They have children working, and they hadn’t even started our mobile order when we went inside at the selected time to pick it up. They were not busy at all. Then they made the burrito wrong, and they forgot half of our order so we had to go back.

Why did the manager have to be called so I could have sour cream and cheese? Was told that it's not on our shift to do that, it's the mornings?????? Are you kidding? Worst ran place ever

Been awhile since I've had Hot Head Burritos and man I forgot how good it was. The Sweet Habanero is where its at, whoo makes my mouth water all over!
